Join us for breakfast before work in one of our unique gallery spaces on the third Tuesday of each month. Chat with John Graydon Smith, our Director and CEO, network with other business professionals and learn about the Museum's collection all while enjoying hot coffee and a light breakfast. Don't miss your most important meal of the day! Food is provided by ViVÁ Bistro and Tapas Lounge.
Join other Museum Members on a tour of Fat Dogs & Coughing Horses. This exhibition is an interactive exhibition focused on educating kids about the evolving science around youth obesity and asthma, and how their individual lifestyles can impact their health. By examining advances in animal health, the exhibit shows visitors how their health and wellness relates to the animal characters in the exhibition.
Developed by Purdue University with support from the National Institutes of Health, Fat Dogs & Coughing Horses uses the characters Holly the Horse, who suffers from asthma and Fat Dog, a Weiner dog with a never-ending appetite, to teach children how to identify disease and what they can do to combat them in everyday life.
This will be a great exhibition to bring the whole family back to learn about healthy lifestyle choices!
This exhibition is brought to The Museum with the generous support from the St. Joseph’s Regional Health Network.
